Why is Pakistan's Pashtun movement under attack? Reality of PTM

Pakistan is the most beautiful country and known for its mountains, rivers, and culture. Last year Pakistani tourist department really boom and the world are appreciating the Pakistani Culture and beautiful raw places of Pakistan. 

The most beautiful area of Pakistan is the Northern, Specifically the KpK. And the Federally Administered Tribal Areas FATA which is now the part of KpK. Which was a semi-autonomous tribal region in northwestern Pakistan, that existed from 1947 until being merged with neighboring province Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in 2018. 

The question ‘’is that there is any problem in KpK specifically in Fata. Yes, they have. They are in a war with terrorism and also KpK is in very close proximity to the Afghan border.

When we talk about Fata, there are just tribal areas and they really lagged when we compared them to the other province and cities of Pakistan.   Pakistani Army is always in Northern Areas of Pakistan.

Especially in KpK and Baluchistan and Kashmir. 

So, result in the new player which is the PTM {Phutoon Tahafaz Movement}. The movement, which advocated for the rights of ethnic Pashtuns affected by Pakistan's war against the Taliban in its northwest, was formed in 2016 by a group of eight university students in the northwestern city of Dera Ismail Khan.

 Led by veterinary sciences student Manzoor Pashteen, they formed the Mehsud Tahaffuz Movement (MTM), a pressure group seeking to highlight the struggles of the more half a million people who fled their native South Waziristan due to the fighting.

The district, one of the poorest and least developed in Pakistan, was at the time part of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), a region governed under colonial-era regulations that gave citizens no fundamental rights. 

But when Fata emerges into the KPK as we above discussed. Now all terrorist groups are eradicated. Now all the people have all their rights.

Situation is now there is totally changed but PTM is still active there and it has many allegiance with the Afghan Taliban and they cross Pak-Afghan broader without any

Official Permission.

PTM is an internationally recognized Social Activist who Protects the right of Phuston people but in reality, they want full independence and the liberation of the era.

They really got some radical demands. 

The movement is run nationally by Manzoor pasteen and Ali Naqvi and there some demands which are 100 percent fair.

  

But there Motto is bullshit and Radical. Which is Ye jo dehshatgardi hai, iske peeche wardi hai (The ones responsible for terrorism are

the ones in uniform). Means the Pakistan Army. 

Let talk about their demands, most of them are fair. But they got hidden agenda too.

 Main demands 

The main demands of PTM presented during the Pashtun Long March's gatherings in 2018 included, among others: 

1. A truth and reconciliation commission must be established for all the people who are killed extrajudicially like Naqeebullah Mehsud in alleged fake encounters by the law enforcement agencies of Pakistan.

2. The missing persons who are imprisoned at unknown places must be tried in a court of law, and forced disappearances must be stopped. These missing people are also found in Afganistan working for the Afghan Taliban. 

3. Landmines must be removed from the Pashtun tribal areas. That is the real problem there. 

Pakistan Army also loss many solider while removing them.

5. The humiliation of locals at army checkpoints in the Pashtun areas must be ended. 

Let talk about that they want no checkpoints of the army. Seriously, this broader is very close with India and the army arrested Indian Spy Kalboshan yadaav there too. Terrorism there too. And they feel humiliated to be checked at the checkpoints of Army.

 The leader of PTM always took advantage of innocent people in tribal areas. Because people of that area faced war and they are a bit angry with the establishment.  

Demand of people of those areas  

The majority of people have lost their homeland during the war. People demanded funds in this respect the government offered at least 2 lacks rupees but Pashtun disagreed with Govt and said this money is not enough to build even three rooms. 

Recently Govt announce a big package for people of Waziristan and after the emergence of FATA in KPK these two issues are solved. 

People of Waziristan dislike the slogans of PTM against Pakistan, which is Ye jo dehshatgardi hai, iske peeche wardi hai (The ones responsible for terrorism are the ones in uniform) 

 Da sanga azadi da? (What kind of freedom is this?)

After the incident on check post, people showed their hatred against that party. 

PTM the attacked-on check post. Soldiers warn them. In response, they killed a couple of soldiers.  

The Aafia Siddiqui is a Pakistani neuroscientist with degrees from MIT and been jailed for 70 years, just for posing a Gun to the solider. And these so-called leaders are still on bail.
