Asia Bibi blasphemy case, countries which offering Asylum, and ground realities.

 

Asia Bibi was a Christian woman who was convicted for Blasphemy and the right group of the country promoting protest for the execution of Asia Bibi for years.

But recently on Wednesday 7 November 2018, Asia Bibi released from all blasphemy charges and some religious and right group parties protesting against State institutions specifically against SC (Supreme Court). They blocked the whole country especially Punjab. And Government and state just sit and watch all these protests.

But on November 24 again there is an increasing number of protest against state institutions when the news came different countries are willing to provide asylum to Asia Bibi in which Australia and Germany were prominent and the news is Theresa May personally blocked Asia Bibi's Asylum. England talks a lot about Asia Bibi but when they have to give Asylum to Asia Bibi, the Prime Minister of UK say no. The very clear reason is they didn’t want to mess in these type of cases, they are just man of words not of deeds. 

But on November 25 now its time for State to be in Action and in they arrested Khadam Hussein Rizvi who was the chairman of TLP (Tahreek-e-Labeek Pakistan) and also was the Political and religious Leader who was leading the protest against State institutions. And State going to arrest everyone which are involved in violent Protest. And Government imposes Article 144 which is half Curfew. So now things are more in control. 

We all know Blasphemy Laws of Pakistan is very clear according to the penal code of Pakistan, the Blasphemy against any religion not just against Islam is ranging from heavy fine to death.

Let discuss the points on which the Supreme court of Pakistan makes the decision. 

There are over 25 witnesses but just 2 accusations.

And the FIR suspiciously register late.

And the witness statements are contradictory.

And the very interesting things they are unsure about the date in which the whole incident happened.

And there are many more things on which the Honorable Supreme court of Pakistan make the decision. So now things are clear She is clean sponsored by the Supreme court of Pakistan. Now nobody has the right to say anything against him. And if someone did not want to accept the decision of Supreme court, he can seek petition in Civil court or any subordinate court. But if you start a violent protest against Supreme Court destroying state assets, then you have to pay. There are some rule and regulation in the country, you are not living in the jungle.

Finally, things are in control but obviously, Asia Bibi cannot move freely in Pakistan. And Germany and Australia are willing to give Asylum to Asia Bibi.  And she also worries about the security of its daughter.

Great job by The Government of Pakistan and Supreme Court of Pakistan to make the decision honestly without any external and internal pressure.
